Permit terms are not interchangeable
A legal permit category under the Motor Vehicles Act for contract-carriage operations. Sections 73 and 74 address application and grant.
Tourist-vehicle operations have their own applicable framework and should not automatically be treated as the same thing as every local taxi permit.
