CommercialTaxi.com is being developed in stages. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use the current website and its live services.

Information you provide

If you submit a corporate mobility enquiry, contact CommercialTaxi.com, or apply for vehicle attachment, you may provide information such as your name, company or partner type, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, city, state, operating area, transport requirements, vehicle details, registration number, model year, fuel type, preferred duties and other information you choose to include.

Vehicle attachment documents

Vehicle attachment applications require an RC copy for each submitted vehicle. RC copies and application records are stored privately using AWS infrastructure and are used for application review, commercial / transport eligibility checks, fraud prevention, audit and partner onboarding. These documents are not intended to be publicly accessible.

Mobile verification

The Vehicle Attachment service uses MSG91 for OTP-based mobile verification. MSG91 may process the submitted mobile number and verification-related technical data in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

How information may be used

Information may be used to review and respond to enquiries and applications, verify submitted details and documents, communicate about approval or partner opportunities, prevent misuse, understand website usage and improve CommercialTaxi.com services.

Corporate enquiry delivery

Corporate enquiry submissions are routed through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, so the submitted details can be delivered to CommercialTaxi.com. FormSubmit's own privacy and service terms may also apply to that processing.

Analytics

CommercialTaxi.com uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions such as page views, navigation and outbound-link activity. Google may process technical information such as device, browser and usage data in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

Affiliate links and other third-party services

Some product links may be affiliate links and may route through affiliate-tracking or merchant services. Infrastructure, analytics, affiliate, OTP, email and other third-party providers may process information when their services are used.

Service availability

Vehicle Attachment is currently available for applications and manual verification. Other CommercialTaxi.com services, including public taxi booking, may still be under development or unavailable online.
